The city of Valenciennes creates the first convention of Serious Game producers and invites in Lille on November 23rd 2009 all the European actors of Serious Games to meet the decision makers of major groups and governments of the Nord-Pas de Calais, as well as French and European governments.

The Nord-Pas-de-Calais region called for projects to promote new audiovisual creation development and contents in serious game. The audiovisual assistance funds will be co-producer.
